Refund policy

At Sunflower Jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sunflower-jewelry.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or did not arrive. We do not provide refunds for items that do not fit or are unwanted for other reasons.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
